What are blind boxes?
Blind boxes are sealed collectible figures where you don't know which character you'll get until you open it. Each series contains multiple regular figures plus one rare "secret" figure. The surprise element is part of the appeal for collectors.
What's the difference between single box and whole set?
Single box: One sealed blind box containing one random figure from the series. You might get duplicates if you buy multiple single boxes.
Whole set: All standard figures in the series with no duplicates. The secret figure is NOT guaranteed in whole set purchases (secret figures are randomly inserted at approximately 1/72 ratio across all production).
What is a secret figure?
Secret figures are rare variants with a pull rate of approximately 1/72 per single box (varies by series). They're not included in whole set purchases. Secret figures are randomly distributed across POP MART's production and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I verify authenticity?
Every POP MART product includes an anti-counterfeit QR code. Download the official POP MART app (iOS/Android), scan the QR code on your box, and it will verify authenticity. If the code doesn't verify, contact us immediately for a full refund.
Shipping times and costs
Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on destination.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $100 (US only).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Return policy
Unopened blind boxes: Full refund within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping.
Opened blind boxes: No returns (the surprise is part of the product). Exception: if the product fails POP MART's authenticity verification, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
Damaged in shipping: Full refund or replacement. Email photos to contact@todo.fun within 48 hours of delivery.
Are these official POP MART products?
Yes. We source 100% of our inventory through POP MART's official distribution channels. We are an authorized reseller.
Why is your price lower than POP MART's official store?
We price 3% below POP MART retail as our standard policy. Our margin comes from volume and efficient operations. This is not a clearance or liquidation situation—all products are current releases from official supply chains.
Can I request a specific figure from a blind box?
No. Blind boxes are sealed at the factory and we cannot open them to check contents. If you want specific figures, consider purchasing the whole set (which includes all standard figures but not the secret).
Do you have a physical store?
No, we're online-only. This keeps our overhead low and prices competitive.
